Awakening your body and practicing mindful attending will help you experience trust in your body/mind and increased confidence with emotional expression, mental capacity and conscious behavior. Developing an accurate perception of your body, inside and out, allows you to differentiate thoughts, sensations and emotions. The process enables you to know and authentically express yourself.

Private, individual sessions address your unique concerns and goals. All that is required of you is commitment, receptivity and participation. Discussion, skill practice, movement/body exploration, breath work and mindfulness practices, guide our subsequent sessions and your journey to true wisdom.
