Body, Movement and Mindfulness-based Classes/Workshops/Events
“If you’re an alive body, no one can tell you how to experience the world. And no one can tell you what truth is, because you experience it for yourself.”
Mindfulness in Motion
Many of us are "out of shape" when it comes to focusing our attention and body/mind awareness. This movement/walking meditation class will provide instruction and practice as we explore mindfulness meditation in motion. No experience necessary. Cost: $15
Ongoing Outdoor Class-- Mondays 1:00 PM
Letting the Body Lead
Pure, simple, authentic movement expression! This group will re-awaken your body’s innate wisdom by stretching, opening, speaking, connecting, grounding and strengthening the body in the presence of supportive witnesses. Using breath work, qi gong, yoga, mindfulness meditation and expressive dance/movement we will embody self-care while we relate playfully and compassionately with others.
